I am a software junkie, through and through. When I'm not fantasizing about another killer app, I thoroughly enjoy being married to my beautiful spouse and being a father to 10 children. For a few years now, I've been focused on the virtues of simplicity that I take to work and home. A good solution isn't good until it is "simple".
My life's work seeks to reduce wait times by creating software that systematically eliminates wasted effort and consumption. I love to build effective teams, by encouraging creativity, ensuring safe environments and celebrating tangible productivity gains.
I currently enjoy the work at Dewpoint where I can put into practice my life's goals.

2017 - PRESENT

Most recently, I have worked with the Dewpoint to provide best-in-class software that is in use by thousands of users around the globe. During these projects, I was thrilled to provide application design and development guidance, direction, standards and expertise across various projects. We're building micro-services, snap-in modules, distributed models, auto-delivered client-side apps on the Microsoft Stack (.NET 4.7, Core, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, SQLite, WPF, and Winforms)

2015 -2017

Lead Developer
Domino's Pizza Inc.
I worked as team lead on the product information system that updates all stores with menu, coupon and pricing changes. We build the system (.NET, c#, Web services, ASP.NET MVC) using micro-services that enabled the company to very quickly manage change through-out all ~13000 stores. Something that was not achievable before this project.

Also, I was integral in creating a new revenue stream for the organization by designing, implementing and deploying the company’s first Universal Windows Platform app (Windows 10, c#, UWP XAML) which is serving the growing number of centralized calling centers in various markets throughout the world, the first being Saudi Arabia. I decreased the support cycle by 35+% by creating architectural and coding standards which reduced the amount of time to implement new features.

Municipal Employees' Retirement System - MERS
During my wonderful tenure at MERS, I was able to greatly increase the availability of our technology by nearly 40% (increase in up-time) by implementing systems configuration management for the entire technology portfolio. I was able to successfully enforce change management as set forth in ITIL. I was a key leader in reducing the amount of error and the time it took to help administer the funds at MERS by managing the project portfolio of 40+ projects and developing strategic software systems that increased customer satisfaction and retention, by enforcing quality practices and processes for systems deployment.

2004-2008

Lead Developer
GE Aviation, Inc
I developed a high-end tool-set to enable aviation engineers to model, compose, and deploy system designs for the Boeing 787. This greatly increased the productivity of the engineers by 1000’s of hour each! I demonstrated clear and effective leadership on framework design, architectural implementation, DO-178B compliance, efficient algorithm design, low-level .NET development, and management of our off-shore resources.

1995-2003

Pfizer, Inc.
I created and deployed many key, carefully designed software systems that increased employee safety, improved environmental compliance, and verifiable ROI. Many of these core systems are still in use today.

Created Electric Software LLC

In 1999, created a custom software development company that grew to include comprehensive network and compliance administration with five employees.

Aircraft Configuration Tool Set
By 2009, I developed a comprehensive tool set for aerospace engineers used at GE Aviation, Boeing and other companies worldwide to this day.

Engineered ALM
I improved the culture with every partner by permanently deploying processes that increased software quality by at least 25% and reduced the life-cycle by more than 40%.
